Chaps Home Inspection & Radon Testing serves Austin, Rochester, Albert Lea and the surrounding area of southeastern MN. 

Chaps Home Inspection & Radon Testing inspects a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, townhouses, condos, and multi-family dwellings.

While it is not required, I highly recommend that you be present during the Home Inspection. This allows me to explain my findings in person and answer any questions you may have. If you are not able to make it, no worries! A detailed report with photos, explanations and recommendations will be supplied to you after the inspection. I will however need a signed inspection agreement before the inspection.

It is guaranteed within 48 hours of the inspection but in most cases you will receive it the evening of inspection day.
